SMILING!!!

So it's been going on a WEEK since I've given ya'll something interesting to read! (I know I know I'm feeling myself!) Life has been very good and smiles have covered my face all week long... First, let me start by giving a much needed and very late weekend recap! So, Friday I had a nice evening at the South Street Seaport... good comida hispana... and a gorgeous view of BROOKLYN!!! The home of the FINEST!! lol I'm sure many would LOVE to know who I spent my evening with but guess what - I'M NOT TELLING!!! ;-) Saturday - is always the usual unless there is something special planned... but I got my hair and nails done (YES EVERY WEEK LIKE CLOCK WORK) and then Saturday Night was PARTY TIME with my Pumpkin Pie!!! And I must say I was looking a lil FIERCE... wink!! Self-Esteem through the roof after Saturday night bc I actually fit into my HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION DRESS!! (Yes that is it below!!)

I know - FABULOUS - is the word that comes to mind! lol and Sunday - well you know - Sunday was MOM's Day!!! so although its late SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE SUPERMOMS!!! And that was the weekend recap...

But I must say - God has provided me with many reasons to keep a smile on my face!! Life throws so many curveballs at you but we all have to learn to duck and dodge them... we occasionally might get HIT but we need to know that the "game" isn't over and we need to get back up!! I got hit hard... almost knocked out... lol... but I got up and decided this game isn't finished until I WIN!! So keep positive b/c there is always something in life that is going to try to keep you stagnant... keeping you from reaching that pile of happiness at the end of the road... but remember hop over the bump and keep on MOVING FORWARD!!!
