HELLO BROOKLYN!!

I'm back.... I know I know I'm slacking on my pimpin... but I have a good excuse... I was away on a lil mini-vacation... a much needed MINI-Vacation!! SO I went to visit my mama and lil sisters in VA. I was definitely in for a suprise... I had so much fun considering the last couple of times I went they weren't nearly as exciting as this time... For the first time, my mom and I together experienced the club life of Virginia with a couple of her close friends/co-workers (Shout out to Sherry, Linda, Debo, and Shakira).

I must say having a good time is truly an understatement. Friday night, we club hopped - something I've NEVER EVER done in my life with my own friends - I actually experienced it with my MOM!!! How freaking cool :-) We checked out some spots - Granby Theater and Guadalajara (just to name a few). I must say Granby Theater is so chic and so cool... not to mention HUGE!!! Grandby Theater is a stylish old theater turned club with 3 levels, 12 "VIP" balconies and four full service bars with a mixed array of clubgoers. There were a couple of no no's there but thats any club you go to. Guadalajara was nice - I thought they had cuter guys and better music... always a plus! lol... Saturday we went to Broadway. Outside the place looks like a warehouse but inside was a different story... I can't say that it had the best interior but it was huge and had several "sections" labeled according to the boroughs in NYC. It kind of reminded me of some old school players club. lol - The men were definitely older and their style of dress was definitely NOT TO MY TASTE and I can say that several "pimps" tried to pick me up! lol but they got shut down IMMEDIATELY!!

But I can say NYC definitely does it harder than VA but I had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back and party some more with my newbies in July!! Watch out VA - Bk's Finest is coming back and she's gonna be better than ever!!
